Booking the Castle

Parties can booked by calling Fantasy Fables Inc. during business hours Monday to Friday 10am to 5pm.

Once we have confirmed your date and time, a credit card deposit is required for booking of $150 plus hst.

A contract and email confirmation will be immediately forwarded to you for approval. Once we receive this back your booking is confirmed. We process the remaining balance the week before your party. Our booking office is not open on the weekend so all paperwork and confirmations are done the week prior to your party.

Acceptable forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard and American Express, we also do accept email money transfers.


Once we have reserved your date and time and Princess for you no cancellations are permitted without the penalty of forfeiting your deposit. In event of illness and your need to rescheule, please let us know as soon as you can and if we are giving advance notice (minimum 5 days) we will not put the balance through on your account but the deposit is forfeited as we will lose the booking for the castle and the princess that was specially reserved for you.

For Tea Parties & Special Events in our Princess Ballroom, we require full payment upon reservation. No refunds are permitted as we have specially reserved this event for you.

How far in advance should I book?

We are able to book up to 90 days in advance as we do have our princess schedule set by then and would be able to confirm your request for your choice of Princess.

Should guests wear socks?

As per our invitations, socks are mandatory for all guests (parents and children).

If any guest arrives with no socks, Fantasy Fables Inc. will provide then for $2 a pair.

Our white pixie dusted floors mark very easily by shoes so we appreciate your co-operation.

All guest are not permitted to wear any shoes (indoor or outdoor).

How many guests can I invite?

Signatuare ‘Princess Dreams’ Package

We allow up to 10 children and 15 adults for this package.

Each additional child is $25

Our princess ballroom can accommodate up to 25 adults and 14 children maximum

(There is an additional charge for extra set up and staff) Please inquire within.

We have the right to limit the amount of occupants to ensure the safety of all persons

and comply to the City of Burlington’s building code of regulation.


Are boys included?

Fantasy Fables Inc. is gender neutral and will also include the boys in all activities while visiting the castle.

While the girls are having their makeovers done in the ‘Castle Couture Salon’ the boys are welcome to have a tattoo from one of our princesses. If boys prefer not to participate in the Princess entertainment and ceremony, we invite them to watch a Movie of their choice in Princess Dreams Boutique. We ask that a parent please stay with them at this time if they choose to do this.


There is no need to bring any additional decorations as our castle is decorated perfectly.

We do not allow any balloons, confetti or any decorations to be taped to our pink castle walls please.

Tink's Kitchen

You are welcome to make full use of Tink’s Kitchen, it is a large kitchen complete with fridge & microwave for your convenience.

We also provide an assistant to help you with set up and clean up before and after your party.

What should I bring?

We recommend that you bring plates, napkins, cutlery, your food, beverages, cake etc. (Please note: we are a peanut/nut free facility; ice cream cake is not permitted.)

If you are ordering food from an outside company please let our staff know upon arrival so they may assist you and be aware of this.

We do provide the plates, napkins, cutlery and table cloths for your party at an additional $25. (Please inquire when booking.)

Clean up?

We provide a bin for you to clean up after your enjoyment of the ballroom. We ask that you begin cleaning up 15 minutes prior to your party ending.

Can I stay late?

We ask that you start cleaning up 15 minutes before your departure time. Our assistant is happy to help you with this.

Since our castle is always fully booked, we do require that your guests depart the castle by the end of your booked time slot so that the next guests can enter and prepare for their celebration.

Staff at Fantasy Fables Inc.

At Fantasy Fables Inc. we provide one cast member for greeting at the front foyer while your guests are arriving.

We also provide a second cast member to provide assistance with bringing in and setting up your food in the Royal Ballroom.

The princess you have invited will greet all guests in Princess Dreams Boutique promptly at the beginning of the party and invite all guests into the Castle Couture Salon for their Royal Makeovers. Parents are invited to follow for picture taking and memories.

Photos and Videos

Fantasy Fables Inc. allows all contracted guests and their families to take photos and videos of the special event.

We ask that you respect the privacy of our princesses and not post photos or videos of our princesses without written consent of the princess performer and Fantasy Fables Inc. (We have the right to ask clients to remove material from facebook and the web of our princess performances at any time.)


We do not permit any guests to drink or eat in the foyer of the castle, boutique or salon please. We have beautiful princess furnishings and props that we need to keep in pristine condition.

We ask that all food and beverages are kept in the ‘Royal Ballroom’ only please.
